"The Watchman" — Tripod floor lamp with perforated reflector, 1950s brutalist-chic design
It doesn't go unnoticed. Standing on its black steel tripod base at 1.75 m high, Le Guetteur (The Watcher) tilts its cylindrical reflector like a cinematic spotlight suspended in time. The brass-gilded perforated sheet metal diffuses a warm, subdued light, dotted with luminous points that project onto the walls like an intimate constellation.
The reflector — 38 cm long, 18 cm in diameter — is both a lampshade and a sculpture. Its patinated brass finish dialogues with the geometric rigor of the forged steel base, whose angular lines evoke Parisian artists' studios of the post-war era. The switch, integrated directly onto the reflector, is a master goldsmith's detail: functional, discreet, elegant.
A unique piece. An object of character. A light that tells a story.
